Isolate and Identification some of the pathogens of cardiac catheterization patients in the city of Karbala

A total of 89 samples have being collected from cardiac catheterization unit patients who admitted to the Imam Hussein Teaching Hospital in Karbala for seven months, starting from ( January 2014 and to the end of July 2014) from both sex and aged between ( 29-75) years. and due to the absence of a local study on pathogens isolated from cardiac catheterization patients came this study.
The samples were melded : swabs , catheter tip and the blood culture before and after cardiac catheterization, cardiac catheterization was classified in to three categories catheterization diagnostic , therapeutic catheterization and both of them. diagnostic catheterization samples was 66(74.16%) and gave positive results for bacterial culture (number patients of them) swabs test 15(22.73%),while the catheter tip test 14(21.21%), blood culture 14(21.21%) before a catheterization and 15(22.73%) after a catheterization . Either therapeutic catheterization samples15(16.85%) of them were infected with 6(40%) for all tests. The diagnostic and therapeutic catheterization together samples 8(8.99%) the patients were of them 4(50%) ,4(50%) ,4(50%) and 3(37.5%) respectively.
The results showed an sensitivity value of 96% and specificity 100% for swabs testing and catheter tip, either sensitivity values and the specificity 100% and 98.5% to the blood culture test respectively.
it is became clear from our results that out of 89 sample collected there wa 25(28.09%) positive culture and two samples of them showed two types of pathogen it is noting that exact number have 27 bacteria isolated as 11(70.74%) gram positive , 15(55.56%) gram negative and 1(3.70%) yeasts, while 64(71.91%) not gave any growth .

Significance of Tympanometry in Children with Acute Otitis Media (AOM): a Prospective Study

Introduction: Tymanometry is the most commonly used aspect of impedance audiometry and is particularly useful in evaluating children with otitis media with effusion. Although its application in diagnosis of AOM is not routinely performed, this study was carried out to demonstrate the usefulness of performing the typmanometry test in children with AOM and to regard it as a prognostic index in accordance to its results by identifying which of those patients were at a great risk of treatment failure.
Aim of the study: To analyze the prognostic significance of tympanometry by assessing its ability to identify the ratio of children with AOM who are at great risk of treatment failure.
Patients and methods: This is a prospective study of 80 pediatric patients with recent attacks of acute otitis media attending the ENT clinic of Al-Sader medical city in Najaf during one year period from 1-6-2014 to 1-6-2015. The diagnosis of the AOM was done based on the presence of the clinical signs and symptoms of this disease. The patients had been sent for tympanometry and the results of tympanogram had been documented. All the patients treated in regard of the AOM by giving them antibiotics in the form of oral suspension for 14 days and their signs and symptoms assessed again at the end of treatment period.
Data analysis: The statistical calculations were carried out using chi-square test. The p value <0.05 was considered statistically significant.
Results: 80 patients(115 infected ears), their age ranged from 2 to 12 years with mean age of 6.25. 53 (66.25%) were males and 27(33.75%) were females with M:F is 1.96:1. Tympanometric results of the total 115 infected ears with AOM revealed that type A tympanograph appeared in 57 (49.6%) of the ears and type B appeared in 35(30.4%), while 23(20%) of the ears had type C graph. After treatment with antibiotics for 14 days, 53 of the ears who had type A tympanogram from the start showed a complete recovery. For those ears with type B tympanometric results, 22 ears showed a complete cure and of those 23 ears with type C tymanogram , 16 had complete cure.

Relationship Between Disorder of Thyroid Gland and the levels of T3, T4 and TSH Hormones

This study included , thirty patients of hyperthyroidism and twenty eight patients of hypothyroidism. Thirty healthy individuals were taken as control group. The mean of age for patients of hyperthyroidism is 36.13± 6.72 years, the mean of age for patients with hypothyroidism is 39.63± 8.14 years, and the mean of for control group is 33.40 ± 9.82 years. Blood samples obtained from AL-Hussian hospital in Kerbala city. The sera obtained from the blood for determine the effect of thyroid's diseases on the levels of thyroxine hormone (T3), triiodothyronine (T4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). The results of the present research showed significant increase in T3 and T4 concentration, significant decrease in TSH concentration in patients with hyperthyroidism when compared with control group , also this research showed significant decrease in T3 and T4 concentrations, significant decrease in TSH concentration in patients of hypothyroidism when compared to those of the control group

Estimation the hydrogeological characteristics of Al-Dammam confined aquifer in the west and southwest of Karbala city, Iraq.

The main objective of the research is to identify the hydrogeological characteristics of the Dammam confined aquifer by selecting carefully nine wells of suitable properties for carrying out the pumping test within study area. The study area is located in Karbala Governorate between longitudes (43˚ 47ʹ 58ʺE - 43˚ 59ʹ 45ʺE), and latitudes (32˚ 26ʹ 54ʺN - 32˚ 33ʹ 16ʺN).The study area has a trapezoidal shape covering an area of about (134.6) km2, which contains many geological formations and represents part of Karbala-Najaf plateau. The producing hydrogeological unit in the area is the Dammam aquifer. Type of this aquifer is karst confined aquifer. In this study, a pumping test was performed on November, 2012, at a wells on Karbala desert area then applying AQTESOLV software version 4.5 for pumping test analysis to determine wells hydraulics for the nine deep wells that partially penetrated the Dammam aquifer and distributed all over the studied area. The results indicate that the transmissivity value for the Dammam confined aquifer ranges from (26.19-4134.6) m2/day and the hydraulic conductivity value ranges from (0.44-45.94) m/day.

In-vitro study the effects of sickle cell disease on phagocytic activity of white blood cells among adult male in Basra city

Background: sickle cell disease (SCD) is an inherited disorder of hemoglobin synthesis that is associated with a significant morbidity and mortality. The patho physiology of the disease involves abnormalities not just in red blood cells but also white blood cells (leukocytes) functions.
Objective: this study was tried to identify the effect of sickle cell disease SCD on the phagocytic activity of non- isolated leukocytes from the whole blood, to mirror the in vivo stimulation of leukocytes and the effect of SCD on their phagocytic activity.
Materials and methods: this study involved (56) adult male, aged (18-30) years, subdivided into two groups; case group that consist of (26) patient with sickle hemoglobin phenotype (SS) in a steady state at the time of the study and control group that consist of (30) person with normal hemoglobin phenotype (AA). Hemoglobin electrophoresis and leukocytes count were estimated for both groups. The samples of blood were prepared for chemiluminescence (CL) measurements. Luminol was used to increase the amount of measurable light emitted due to liberation of oxygen metabolites during phagocytosis.
Results: Show a significant decrease in the phagocytic activity of SCD patients (P ˂ 0.0001) in comparison with normal volunteers

A Study on Thermal Diffusivity and Dielectric Properties of Epoxy Matrix Reinforced by Fibers Material

The study of thermal diffusivity, dielectric properties and fabrication of fabric composite materials such as carbon fiber-epoxy, glass fiber-epoxy and hybrid fiber-epoxy composite materials are identified and reported in this paper. Hand layup method was used for the samples preparation. Thermal diffusivity of these samples was measured using photoflash method. The thermal diffusivity values of these materials were compared with the thermal diffusivity of several materials including ceramics (SrTiO3). The results show that carbon and glass fibers have lowest thermal diffusivity values compared with other materials. Dielectric constant, dielectric loss and conductivity were measured at room temperature using impedance analyzer technique. It was found that although hybrid material has the same behavior of glass fiber but the value of the dielectric constant was significantly increased.

Effect of static etchant concentration of chemical machining on surface roughness and metal removal rate of AL 6063 alloy

Chemical machining process is one of non traditional machining methods. There is a need to study the basics of this process to control the variables affecting this important method of machining. In this work some logic arrangement for achieving a required metal removal rate with a higher surface smoothness was stated for machining one widely used aluminum alloys. Aluminum (6063) alloy was used to be chemically machined using an ferric etchants (FeCl3). The affecting parameters were used: machining time and concentration of etchant. Three concentrations of etchant (30, 50 and 60%) were considered. Each sample was machined in different machining times of (2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 min). Metal removal rate was calculated based on the weight loss due to corrosion.
The results showed that a minimum surface roughness of (Ra = 0.00240 µm) was recorded in the sample machined with 60% concentration of etchant at 2 min. Among the variables under study, concentration of etchant has the important effect on the metal removal rate and the surface roughness of the machined surface

Theory coding is methods to study for effective and exact transfer the information from point to another point. This theory had been advanced for example many applications as to decreasing the noise from received signal, when the transmission of most information in telephone line, information transfer from terminal (computer) to another terminal or from any memory to the main processor and data transmission from transmitter such as satellite communication which led images of Saturn earth. A channel is mien physical medium which the data or (information) transmission. Disturbances undesirable called noise. This noise caused the differ the information signal from the transmitted data. Noise may be caused folds in a tap magnetic, telephone competing messages, sunspots, meteor showers, lightning, radio random disturbance or other many things.
In my paper I used the MATLAB program to simulations over AWGN channel by using BPSK modulation scheme I notice when used more tap point I get the decreases for bit error rate and this method one of theory coding deals with problem of correcting and detecting error transmission caused by noise in channel. In practice, we has over this noise that mast choice of good a channel to use the transmission data (information) and to used variable noise filters to combatable certain type of interference may be cannot be controlled.

Fuzzy Rough Set based Feature Selection and Enhanced KNN Classifier for Intrusion Detection

Intrusion detection systems are used to detect and prevent the attacks in networks and databases. However, the increase in the dimension of the network dataset has become a major problem nowadays. Feature selection is used to reduce the dimension of the attributes present in those huge data sets. Classical Feature selection algorithms are based on Rough set theory, neighborhood rough set theory and fuzzy sets. Rough Set Attribute Reduction Algorithm is one of the major theories used for successfully reducing the attributes by removing redundancies. In this algorithm, significant features are selected data are extracted. In this paper, a new feature selection algorithm is proposed using the Maximum dependence Maximum Significance algorithm. This algorithm is used for selecting the minimal number of attributes has been from KDD data set. Moreover, a new K-Nearest Neighborhood based algorithm is proposed for classifying data set. This proposed feature selection algorithm considerably reduces the unwanted attributes or features and the classification algorithm finds the type of intrusion effectively. This system is very efficient in detecting attacks and effectively reduces the false alarm rate. The proposed feature selection and classification algorithms enhance the performance of the IDS in detecting the attacks

Histological study of Bisphenol-A effect on the adrenal gland in the female rats

The present study found that the great effects of Bisphenol-A (BPS) on adrenal gland. There were two groups of pregnant gestation rats that administered bisphenol-A at dose 50mg/kg orally, one treatment group give Bisphenol- A day, days 6 of gestation to dilivery. Control group was administered with the corn oil . The administration was continuous for the rats fetuses until weaning period subsequently, the adrenal gland was taken from the sixteen puberty rats fetuses ,eight control and eight treatment with Bisphenol-A and Ex amined under light microscope . The histological results revealed that the cells of treatment adrenal gland contain less granules in cytoplasm than adrenal of group control, this study also showed that the cortex in treatment group thinner than cortex of control group in this state give indicate the treatment adrenal gland has weakness in their secretion. The medulla has numerous of follicles which contain (7-10) chromaffin cells as well as that, the treatment group thinner than control group.

Calculation of Cross Section for Reactions Induced Proton with Molybdenum to product Technetium Isotopes.

In this research was the study of Technetium products protons interactions of Molybdenum element with the importance of used medical and therapeutic. It has been calculated stopping power and evaluation yields for induced protons to produce Technetium from Molybdenum isotopes ( , , , , , and ) in the energy range from threshold energy up to 65 MeV proton energy have been calculated, except for reaction where the proton energy have 80 MeV. Complete energy range starting from threshold energy for each reaction have been analyzed statistically and the Recommended cross sections were reproduced in fine steps of incident proton energy in 0.01 MeV intervals with their corresponding errors. The stopping power according to Zeigler formula was used in order to obtain the cross sections and calculated yield for each reaction based on the complete spectrum of cross sections.

Response of microbial community in the arid land to wheat residues and soil compaction

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of soil compaction and wheat residues on microbial activity, bacterial abundance, fungal abundance, organic carbon and mineralisation constant following two months of pots incubation at the College of agriculture, AL-Qasim Green University in Iraq. Compaction level was induced by hummer drop to bulk density of 1.70 g/cm3. Results proved overall that microbial activity, total bacteria, total fungi and organic carbon increased significantly after addition of wheat straw only. Soil compaction overall reduced significantly microbial activity, total bacteria, total fungi and limited the mineralization process in soil as compared to the non-compacted soil. However, soil compaction did not significantly affect organic carbon in the compacted soil in a comparison to the non-compacted soil. The application of wheat straw to the compacted soil maximized the microbial activity, total bacteria, total fungi and mineralization constant compared to the compacted control treatment. The percentages of rehabilitation of compacted soil were 28%, 85 %, 66 %, 10% and 20 % for microbial activity, total bacteria, total fungi, organic carbon and mineralization constant respectively. This study demonstrates that soil compaction minimised soil microbial community and this status can influence soil nutrient cycle. Furthermore, the amendments of wheat residue to the compacted soil may enhance soil microbial community and decomposition process. More importantly, the response of bacterial community to plant residues in the compacted soil was higher than fungal community indicating that bacterial community is more resistant and resilient to the disturbance of logging in the arid land.

Study the Effect of Change the Antenna Length on the Performance of Optical Nano-Antenna Using Plasmonic Surfaces

This study aims to find out the effect of increasing the length of the arm of the antenna on the amount of electric and magnetic fields generated between the ends of optical nano antenna and choose the best values, We have been using optiFDTD program to test the effect of change the length of the arms of the antenna on the electric and magnetic fields generated , The results show that the electric and magnetic fields inside the antenna have increased when the length of the arm of the antenna decreased, while the penetration and reflection fields have an increased when the length of the antenna arm increased. Therefore, we can concluded that the decrease in the length of the antenna arm enhancement the reflection and dispersion field generated between the antenna on both ends of the domain account

In this research the structural and optical Properties of copper oxides, Cu2O and CuO semiconductor films had been concentrated on, which arranged with 300 nm thickness by spray pyrolysis method at 200, 250 and 300oC substrate temperatures on glass substrates from 0.2M (CuCl2•2H2O) broke down in refined water. The phase existed were studied by the X-ray diffraction analysis and their effect on the optical properties.

Physiological Malfunctions for Hormones Exciting Histological Alterations of the Thyroid Glands in Cretinous Arabi Sheep

The present study showed that cretinous Arabi rams and ewes explained an obvious elevation in TSH values accompanied with a declined values of both T3 and T4 from the same samples. Each of these results revealed a significant difference in probability values under 0.05 (p< 0.05) when compared with samples from normal sheep of the same species. Histologically, the affected thyroid glands appeared to have big follicular radiuses accompanied with fibrosis and big sizes of surrounding epithelial cells.
The conclusion of our study proved that cretinous sheep had a disturbance in thyroid hormone secretion physiology opened the hypothesis that it is primary hypothyroidism type which affect negatively on the tissues of this gland.

Adaptive Security Protocol for Wireless Body Area Network

The need for Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) technology has been increased rapidly. It has been adopted in many applications such as medical and military. Due to the nature of WBAN environment and transmitted data (sending data over unsecure wireless network and the sensitivity of data), there are several security challenges in WBAN, which restrict WBAN utilization. One of the security challenges in WBAN is replay attack.Also the WBAN adopted Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) in CCM (Counter with CBC-MAC) mode for the message confidentiality and message authenticity. However, brute force attack can break AES secret key in a reasonable time within high speednew technologycomputers.This paper suggested a security protocol to improve the WBAN robustness against replay attack by using Multiple Key-Protocol-Advanced Encryption Standard to show its improvement for key strength against secret key breaking.The mathematical calculations proved that the suggested multiple key protocol increases the secret key strength and security system complexity.

Extraction,Purification and Characterization of Biosurfactant from Bacillus subtilis

Bacteria was isolated from soil sample of various automobile work shop of five different areas in Iraq.About 50 isolate suspected to belong to genus Bacillus.All these isolates were subjected to microscopic examination and cultural characteristics about 42 isolate belonged to genus B.subtilis. Crude biosurfactants produced by the selected isolates were extracted by acid precipitation followed by partially purified with dichloromethane.Biosurfactant has been purified from B.subtilis S4 by two purification steps included Ion exchange chromatography using DEAE- Cellulose followed by Gel filtration chromatography using Sepharose-6B.The the characteristics of the purification compouned were studied . Results showed that the molecular weight of biosurfactant produced by B.subtilis S4 ranging between (1036-1058 Da) with the HPLC-MS System .

Thermal properties of cement mortar containing waste aluminium fine aggregate

In this research, a study was conducted on the possibility of using aluminum filling (a waste from the manufacture of some building components) as a partial replacement of the natural sand in cement mortar. Different percentages of aluminum filling were used in the production of lightweight mortar. The replacements were (0, 20, 40 and 60%) by volume of the sand. The compressive strength under two different conditions was measured. The results showed that the use of this type of aggregate reduces the compressive strength of cement mortar cubes, tested at ambient temperature, compared to the reference mix which has natural sand. The results also revealed that replacing the sand with 40 and 60% aluminum filling decrease the rate of reduction in compressive strength when the samples tested immediately after heated at 55Co in an oven. The thermal conductivity test results were positive, where there was a decrease in thermal conductivity with increasing the aluminum waste content.

Investment real-time relationship of the main section of the studied artistic gymnastics at the performance level of the students

The research presented and the importance of research where counting interest in studies is the first leg of evolution, especially studied gymnastics, while the problem of the research she dealt with that teacher suffers from that the students could invest lesson time is Mfedofal or ineffective The research objectives Vtm to identify the relationship between investment real-time schedule and section studied gymnastics and the performance of students and get a predictive relationship with the research hypotheses dealt with and there were no significant correlation between the investment of time for the main section to familiarize gymnastics and the performance of the students and also there were no significant correlation between the investment of time for the main section of the lesson and the level of performance of students as a follow up lesson and the relationship of moral prayer lesson components . تعد المرجعية من حيث الموقع والاهمية المؤسسة الثانية في الرتبة حسب النظرية الاسلامية في تنظيم الجماعة والمجتمع الصالح وعلى أساس هذا الفهم نجد في تراثنا الاسلامي القداسة لهذا الموقع المهم فهي تتولى بصورة اجمالية موقع الدولة ومهماتها في حال غياب الدولة الاسلامية او الولاية العامة وكذلك في حالة عدم الاعتراف بشرعية الدولة في بعض المجالات او في ظلها اذا كانت شرعية في الجملة ولكن لملء الفراغات الخاصة بالجماعة وفي ضوء التوقيع المبارك الوارد عن الناحية المقدسة في جواب السؤال عن الموقف في صورة غياب الولاية حيث ورد ،وأما الحوادث الواقعة فارجعوا فيها إلى رواة حديثنا ، فإنهم حجتي عليكم وأنا حجة الله، ولعل انتزاع عنوان المرجعية لهذا الموقع استفيد من هذا الحديث المبارك الذي استعمل مادة (ارجعوا ) فللمرجعية فضلا عن موقعها التنظيمي لها بعدا عقائديا فهي امتداد ونيابة عن الامامة والتي بدورها امتداد للنبوة وتعبير عن وظيفتها الرسالية ومن مهمات المرجعية الدينية الراشدة ( التبليغ، وتلاوة الايات المباركة، والهداية ) وكذلك تزكية النفوس والتطهير وتربية الناس افرادا وجماعات في نفوسهم وسلوكهم وحياتهم الاجتماعية باساليب متنوعة ذكرتها الكتب الفقهية والكلامية وغيرها ، كذلك من مهامها تعليم الناس الكتاب والحكمة والشرائع والاخلاق الفاضلة ، وكذلك من الوظائف التي تتحملها المرجعية الدينية السياسية هي : ( تشخيص الواقع الاجتماعي والسياسي القائم بين المسلمين ، وتشخيص المصالح والمفاسد السياسية للامة وتشخيص اولويات هذه المصالح والمفاسد السياسية على وفق قاعدة تقديم الاهم على المهم المتطابق مع النظرية الاسلامية ، اعطاء الموقف السياسي للامة في ممارساتها السياسية اليومية وفق الامكانت المتاحة ، التعبئة الروحية والسياسية في حركة الامة لكي تبقى الامة حية تتحمل مسؤولياتها والافادة من فرص الامر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر والدعوة للاسلام بالحكم والموعظة الحسنة ، فضلا عن تهيئة الامكانيات والقدرات وتنظيمها وايجاد المؤسسات المطلوبة لذلك عملا بقوله تعالى {وَأَعِدُّواْ لَهُم مَّا اسْتَطَعْتُم مِّن قُوَّةٍ... }الانفال : 60. ويتم ذلك عن طريق القضاء والافتاء ، وهذا البيان محل البحث والدراسة هو مجموعة نصائح وتوصيات للمجاهدين أعقبت فتوى الجهاد الكفائي، حاول البحث بيان الأصول المعرفية التي تضمنها البيان من آيات قرآنية التي إستشهد بها والسُنة المباركة والسيرة العطرة للنبي الخاتم والامام علي وولديه الامام الحسن والحسين في الحروب التي خاضوها في سبيل الدفاع عن الاسلام والمسلمين فاقتضت طبيعة البحث أن تكون التوجيهات والوصايا متنا للبحث والدراسة والتحليل هامشا ولايفوتني أن أذكر دور المرجعية الدينية منذ احتلال العراق وموقفها الأبوي الذي وسع العراقيين جميعا بكافة طوائفهم ومذاهبهم ومللهم ومشاربهم وهذا الموقف هو الذي حفظ البلاد والعباد من الانجرار الى الفتن والاقتتال الطائفي فكانت المؤسسة الدينية مواكبة للأحداث وموجهة للجميع بما يرضي الله ورسوله والائمة في ضوء الفتاوى و البيانات الصادرة من مكتب سماحته الشريف أو منبر صلاة الجمعة المبارك .

This study aims to identify the role of the spatial variation of endemism of industrial activities in the provision of employment opportunities at the level of the provinces of Kurdistan - Iraq .
The problem with the study there is variation in the employment opportunities provided by the activities of the industrial sector between different provinces of the Kurdistan region has been attributed this variation of the difference made in the number of industrial facilities that exist between the provinces on the one hand and the size and the number of existing jobs provided by the workforce on the other and thus the consequent difference in the value-added generated by industrial production and Alajuralmsthakh workers .
The study was descriptive statistics analytical method to conduct quantitative comparisons between the characteristics of industrial facilities in the provinces of Kurdistan region . It based on some of the tables and graphs and statistical indicators are derived from transactions of endemism (location quotients) and the rates of important industrial installations industrial sector . Using the values of coefficients of employment and wages of workers and the value added by economic activity for the industry and the province.
The main findings of the study is a difference in the values of coefficients endemic industrial plants according to the nature and quality of their economic activities by Kurdistan region . The results showed also , there is a difference in the relative distribution of the rate of industrial importance by the provinces and recommended the study to encourage investments and directed towards industries, medium and large size in terms of the use of labor , especially in the economic activities with high rates of endemism industrial and adoption of development policies for the development of human resources and upgradation in all provinces Kurdistan region, especially in the provinces of Dohuk and Erbil . To meet the needs of investors, technical labor and technical qualified and trained for the establishment of industrial projects in them.

The main objective of the present study is the use of known statistical methods to overcome the problems in the data and the comparison between them and also to discover the best method and apply it on factual data. This represents the influence of time on children weights, to do that the study considered taking four measurements of weights; they are (the weight in the first month, the weight in the third month, the weight in sixth month, and the weight in the ninth month) from which is one of the governmental health centers in Najaf governorate. The data have been analyzed with different methods including the (Classical) method which represents (Linear Regression Model) and the (Robust Method). Outliers were added to the factual data then analyzed again with the same abovementioned methods. To find out which of the two methods is the best, a comparison has been conducted in which different measurements are used, and they are: Mean Square Error (MSE), Coefficient of Determination (R2), and (P-Value). The comparison showed that Linear Regression Model is better that Robust Model in case of factual data free of outliers, whereas the Robust Model is found to be better than Linear Regression Model in case of factual data with outliers

Theoretical calculation method that implemented into(Gaussian 03) have been used to investigate the structural properties (lengths and angles bond) and geometrical properties, thermodynamic functions, some physical properties, for A crylamide derivatives.
The results investigation Heat formation(ΔHf 0 (in kJ/mole) by using (semi-empirical method PM3 model in MOPAC) for these molecules and the results showed that the compound (R-PH-O-CH3)has less value which means high stability than the other’s.
Calculation results have shown that the compound (R – pyridine) is less activity because it has the high Energy gap and shown that this compound has high value in (E_A, IP , ƞ) .
The results have shown that the compound (R–PH-O–CH3) has highest value of thermodynamic functions (E0 , H0 , G0 , A0 ,CV , CP ,S0).
This difference in results come according to the difference of substituted groups.

The optical properties of x = 0.5 value for of PbSxSe1-x ternary semiconductor alloys are calculated from the real and imaginary part of the dielectric function by using pseudopotential density functional method within its local density approximation (LDA) and a scissors approximation. A direct band gap of 0.49 eV at Г is obtained for PbS0.5Se0.5.The starting value of absorption for PbSxSe1-x alloy of x = 0.5 semiconductor alloy is 0.49 eV. The energy loss function maximum has value 15.6A eV. Our results are in agreement with the available theoretical data in the literatures.

Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are regarded as amongst the most common serious health problems that affect millions of people each year. The antibacterial activity of two different plant extracts & their mixture at two different concentration (100 & 200 mg/ml) were carried out against two uropathogens Known as mainly bacterium induced urinary tract infections in humans & animals.
The dried extracts of celery seeds and peppermint leaves and their mixture were tested in vitro against six isolates of E.coli & three isolates of K.peumoniae by agar well diffusion & micro-diluted method. Amikacin (10µg) was used as reference antimicrobial. The plants extracts and their mixture showed closed related, potent antibacterial activity and inhibition patterns varied mainly according to the concentration of extracts. Moreover, the E.coli & K.peumoniae showed nearly same sensitivity towards the studied plants in culture media and micro-diluted plate. The MIC was measured using standard two-fold microdilution broth methodology at concentrations ranging from 8 μg/ml to 4096 μg/ml. The MIC values of the ethanolic extracts of celery, peppermint & their mixtures were in the range of 256 to 512 µg/ml against E.coli and 128 to 512 µg/ml against K.pneumoniae.

Effect of carvedilol on echocardiographic fraction shortening, troponin I, malondialdehyde in trastuzumab treated females with breast cancer

Background: Trastuzumab therapy is effective in HER2 positive breast cancer patients, but it is highly complicated by cardiotoxicity.
Objective: To elucidate the possible effects of carvedilol on echocardiographic fraction shortening, serum troponin I and serum malondialdehyde in trastuzumab treated females with HER2 positive breast cancer.
Patients and Methods: A total of twenty six females with HER2 positive breast cancer were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomized into two groups, thirteen patients in each group. Group I included patients who received trastuzumab therapy for 8 cycles with 21 days apart. Group II included patients who treated with trastuzumab therapy with carvedilol 3.125 mg, orally, twice daily dose for 8 cycles. Echocardiography was used to measure fraction shortening at zero time, 4th and 8th cycles in both groups. Serum troponin I and malondialdehyde were measured at zero time, 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th cycles in both groups.
Results: Treatment with trastuzumab therapy caused a significant decrement in echocardiographic fraction shortening at an only 8th cycle in comparison to baseline readings (P < 0.05).Combined trastuzumab plus carvedilol caused a significant increase in echocardiographic fraction shortening compared with that of trastuzumab therapy group (P < 0.05). Regarding serum troponin I and malondialdehyde, trastuzumab therapy caused a significant increment in both these markers in comparison to baseline readings (P < 0.05). Combined trastuzumab plus carvedilol caused significant decrement in troponin I and malondialdehyde compared with that of trastuzumab therapy group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: Carvedilol causes significant increment in echocardiographic fraction shortening and significant decrement in serum troponin I and malondialdehyde in trastuzumab treated patients.

An experiment was conducted in potsplastic in a field of Kufa Technical Institute - Kufa/ Najaf governorate during the period from 1/12/2014until 20/4/2015to determine the effect of irrigation water quality and magnetically intensity of roots growth and Spike weigth of three cultivares of bread wheat Triticum aestivum L. The study included three factors,water quality (water river and well water) in the main plots,cultivars (IPA-99,Rashid and Tamouz-2 in the Sub-plots and magnetical traetment intensity (0, 750, 1500, and 3000gauss)in the Sub-sub-plots. Results showed superiority of wheat plants irrigated with river water on average traits under study i.e. root lenght, lateral extension and root dry weight and spike dry weight.Magnetical traetment of irrigation water showed that 1500 gauss was superior in the above traits. The interaction between river water quality and cultivars gave the highest means for the above traits compared to the cultivars irrigated with well water that gave the lowest values. Interaction between river water and its magnetical treatment gave the highest means for root and spike studied parameters with 1500 guass produced highest root and spike studied parameters and the lowest values were with 750 guass. Triple interaction showed significant effect of irrigation with river water that magnetically treated with 1500 guass, for Rashid cultivar plant produced the highest mean of root growth parameters and spike dry weight.

Effect of Heat Accumulation on Spike Length and Its Weight of Three Wheat Cultivars Irrigated With Different Quality and Magnetic Intensity

An experiment was conducted in a field belonging to the Technical Institute-Kufa during the season of the year (2013 – 2014) to determine the effect of heat accumulation in spike length and weight of three bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars irrigated with different water quality and magnetic intensity. The experiment was arranged as sub-sub plot design within Randomized Complete Blocks Designed (RCBD) with three replicates of each treatment. Experiment included study of three factors it’s; irrigation water quality (river water or well water)- Main plot, wheat bread cultivars (IPAA–99, Rashid and Tamuze–2)- Sub-plot and magnetic treatment of irrigation water four intensities (0 , 750 , 1500 and 3000) Gauss - Sub-sub-plot. The revised least significant difference (RLSD) at 0.05 probability was used to compare treatment means, whenever treatments affects were evident.
The results showed that exponential proportionality for spike length and weight by the effect of study factors with the different heat accumulations increased, as well as, the well water significant superiority on river water when heat accumulations (560.05 and 742.80)ºC compared with ultimate superiority of the river water that gave high means of traits at harvest season (1188.55 ºC).

This experiment was conducted during the growing seasons of (2012 - 2013) inside unheated plastic house at the experimentel field of the Technical Institute/Musaib to investigate the effect of sprays number and concentrations of nutrition by hubest (0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 cm3 .l-1) on growth and yield of lettuce plants .This experiment designed factorial in (R.C.B.D) with (4) replicates. Results showed that the sprays number and the concentrations of hubest (2.0 cm3 .l-1) a significant increase of all the tested characters, that led to a significant increase in leaf curl percentage, unbranched plants percentage ,and non bloomed plants percentage and plant height and early crop, and total yield. The interaction of Fore sprays with hubest 2.0 cm3 .l-1 a significant influence on yield and other qualities studied. However interaction gave highest mean of plant hight, leaf number, leaf curl percentage, non branched plants and non bloomed plants (123.6سم cm, 98.27, 93.37%،, 89.92% and 92.23%)) respectively. This interaction, therefore had an obvions effect and increasing plant yield and early crop, and total yield/plastichouse (959.8g, 0.602 ton and 6.889 ton/ plastichouse) respectively as compared to control treatment.

The effect of partial and complete replacement of raw and germination sorghum for yellow corn in broiler rations in some productive and physiological traits

The present study was carried out at poultry farm belong to Animal Resource Department, College of Agriculture, University of Baghdad, during the period from 21/9/2012 to 26/10/2012 to investigate the effect of partial and complete replacement of raw and germination sorghum for yellow corn in broiler rations in some productive and physiological traits. Two hundred and townie fife (225) of broiler chicks Ross 308 were used in this study. This study was divided in to fife experimental groups and each group included 45 chicks. One group (T1) was control, chicks were fed on basal diet without any supplemented from sorghum. Second group (T2) 50% yellow corn + 50% raw sorghum, third group (T3) 0% yellow corn +100 % raw sorghum , fourth group (T4) 50% yellow corn +50% germination sorghum and fifth group (T5) ) 0% yellow corn +100% germination sorghum.
Results showed as in following:
Significant increase (p≤0.05) in life body weight and body weight gain for treatment 5 compared with treatment 3. Significant increase (p≤0.05) in feed intake for treatment 2 and 3. Treatments 4 and 5 was record best results in cumulative feed conversion compared with treatment 2 and 3, and no significant showed between treatment 4 and 5 compared with treatment 1. Treatment 3 revealed High significant decrease in dressing percentage compared with other treatment. No significant difference between treatments in physiological traits.

Study Heterosis and effect cytoplasmic of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.)

In the spring season (2014) was six lines of sunflower input (C, Q, F, I, E and A) In full diallel cross, to get the 15 singles hybrid and 15 reciprocal hybrid. Planted genotypes (parents and singles hybrids and reciprocal) in experiment compared to using randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replicates in a farmers' fields in township of Kifl located south - Babylon during the autumn season (2014( . And taking the data for the traits of leaf area, diameter disk, number of seeds in the disk , 100 seed weight, yield seeds per plant, ratio of oil in the seed and yield the oil in the plant and to study the heterosis and measured on the basis of deviation hybrids single and reciprocal for the best of the parents to estimate the heterosis of the traits studied. The median genotypes squares (parents + single hybrids and reciprocal) the high significant when probability 1% of all traits. Discriminate hybrid cross (Q × I) and (I ×A) and reciprocal (A ×E) , (I × Q) and (A × Q) show heterosis of the high significant and desirable for most of the measured traits on the basis of the F1 for the best parents deviation. And The results showed the importance of cytoplasmical Effect study in all the traits of sunflower.

The second factor was the concentrations' of ethyphon (0 - 280-420 - 560 ) gram/he . The results reveeled a significant differences among the plant density and ethyphon concentration for all study traits the density between rows (70)cm by giving high value for leaf area (0.317,0.460)m2 and at 500 grain weigh (136.39,161,72)g for both seasons spring and autumn respectively .while the number of grain /ear trait the density between the rows (55)was succeeded by giving high rang (579)grain/ear for spring season .in other hand the density between rows (40)cm was succeeded by giving high rang (645) grain /ear at autumn season. but the density between rows (70)cm was succeeded at the grain yield trait(263.26,267.10)g for both season spring and autumn sequentially .when the protein ratio ,the same density between rows was succeeded by giving a high rang (9.33,10.12)%for both season spring and autumn sequentially. while the level of ethyphon (0)g/he level gave high ranges for the flowing traits:-leaf area,500 grain weight,number of grain/ear,grain yield, protein ratio of grains. (0.390,0.426)m2,(138,67,163.14)g , (571.60,640.0) grain/ear (260.09,266.50)g and(9.0,9.88)%for both season spring and autumn sequentially.the interference between the density and the ethyphon levels was significant for traits:leaf area,500 grain weight,grain yield,but the difference were no significant for both traits:number of grains/ear and protien ratio in grains.

This study was conducted to apply glazing on dates fruit. It was conducted through heat treatment and dipping in glazing solution . The dates were stored for 6 month in refrigeration. Three cultivars of dates (Azraq azraq, Ibraheemi and Zahdi ) were obtained From the Iraq Company for dates marketing this company was granted ISO Certificate ,and this work was conducted in their establishment. Dates were fumigated with 1% methyl bromide as insecticide, then sorted, cleaned, washed, and drained . The dates exposed to heat (120,125,130C°) for 10 min . then dipped either in : 5% glycerol or 20% Dibis, or 5% glycerol +20% Dibis, or 5% glycerol +20% Glucose syrup . The dates were packed in polyethylene packages of 200g each and stored at 5 C° for 6 months . Physical determination were conducted: Total soluble solids(TSS), refractive index, color, pH of the fruits before and after treatments . Cold Storage minimized chemical and physical changes in dates, less discoloration, less PH changes..etc. Which are considered as important quality parameters, a above all no insect infestation .It was concluded that the best glazing medium was 5% glycerol +20% Glucose syrup followed by 5% glycerol +20% Dibis, while the best heat treatment was 130 C°. As for the cultivars Azraq azraq ranked the best compared to other Ibrahemi& Zahdi cultivars.

Study the sensitivity of isolate bacteria from dihyria and urine inflammations to some antibiotics and plant extracts.

Stool samples were collected from patients suffering from dihyria and urinary tubes inflammations in kerbalaa hospital in the period from January 2004 till December 2005 .Informations were taken about taking antibiotic or not .Two hundered and twenty sambles were taken . the tests on stool and urine included the following bacterial sensitivity against antibiotic where the E.coli was the most sensitivity against Nitrofurintin , Norfloxacin, Cotrinmixazol giving 65, 50 and 45 % respectivity . Production and characterization of Exopolysaccharid(EPS) from local isolate Lactobacillus Plantarum and test the biological Activities

Exopolysaccharid (EPS) Produced by local isolate Lactobacillus spp. which selected among 45 bacterial isolates producing this polymer represented by Lactobacillus spp. , Bacillus spp. and
Psedomonas spp. the isolate has been identified by biochemical test and the ability fermented sugars as lactobacillus plantarum . After production two steps were used for partial purification of the polymer as follows, the first step by using Trichloroacitic acid (TCA) solvent and the second step by dialysis the yields were(77.4 and 63.8)% for the two purification steps respectively.The polymer was characterization by using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (F.T.I.R) with molecular weight 2.3 * 105 Dalton by using viscometer and showed two spots when separated by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) which is identifide as a glucose and galactose. The polymem showed antibacterial activity against some types of pathologenic bacteria Proteus spp.,Bacillus cererus and Stenotrophomonas spp.with an inhibition zone diameter of ( 23,21 and 19 ) mm respectively.While, there was no inhibitory effect against fungi. Antioxidant activity has also been tested,where IC50 value against ABTS free radical was at 100 Mg / ml.

The experiment was conducted in Al-Mussiab Mashroaa during agricultural season 2014/2015 to study the effect of humic acid and phosphate fertilizer and planting distance and their interaction in the some growth and yield characters of mustard plant,with three replicates for each treatment.The first factor was spray humic acid at three concentrations (0,1and2)ml.plant-1.The second factor was three levels of phosphate fertilizer (90,120 and 150)kg.ha-1. Results showed significant differences that spraying humic acid at a concentration 2 ml. plant-1 and addition of phosphate fertilizer at level 120 kg.ha-1 and 40 cm at distance on all studies characteristics.

Laboratory experiments were carried out in the postgraduate laboratories, Biology Department – College of Education for pure Sciences / Kerbala University . The Study aimed to investigate of the effect some of each alcoholic and water extracts of Hibiscus sabdariffa , Eucalyptus Camaldulensis and Mentha spicata on the fungus A. flavus and A.parasiticus and production aflatoxin B1.
Results showed that, the extracts of Hibiscus sabdariffa, Eucalyptus Camaldulensis and Mentha spicata plants each alcoholic and water at 10, 20 and 30 mg /ml inhibited the growth of those two fungi extracts of Roselle and Eucalyptus plants inhibited the growth by 100% at 30mg/ml, the colony appeared while white small isolate. the alcoholic extract was superior as compared with the water extract.
Results also revealed that , the treatment of those fungi with 20 and 30 mg/ml of alcoholic extract of Roselle plant , water extract of Roselle , Eucalypts and Mint plants as well as the treatment of fungi with 10% of water extract of Eucalyptus plant no aflatoxin B1 was detected

This study aimed to evaluate effect of the hot aqueous extract of ginger Zingiber officinale plant and Compare with voltaren drug to reduce the impact of Rheumatoid arthritis that induced in white rat males by studying some changes in blood parameters and cartilage histological changes in ankle joint. Used 75 male rats were divided into five groups.First group was served as negative controls( G1). Rats in the second , third , fourth and fifth groups were subcutaneously injected with 0.1 ml of complete Freund's adjuvant for induced rheumatoid arthritis lesion, after that, second group served as positive group (G2), third group intubated after14 days of induced rheumatoid arthritis with 1.8 mg/200 gm B.W voltaren (G3) , fourth group intubated after 14 days of induced rheumatoid arthritis with 9mg/kg B.W. of hot aqueous extraction of ginger root (G4) ,
last group intubated after 14 days of induced rheumatoid arthritis both ( 1.8mg/200mg B.W and 9mg/kg B.W) and served as fifth group (G5). samples were collected and measuring foot thickness at zero , 14 days and 44 days of experiments and measuring some parameters such as platelets and WBC counts also continuation histological changes for ankle joint cartilage. the results showed :
• significant increase (P <0.05) in the number of white blood cells W.B.C and the number of platelets counts in positive group (G2) compared with negative control group, and a significant decrease (P <0.05) in the number of WBC and platelets counts in G3 and G4 and G5 group compared to positive control group G2
• significant increase (P <0.05) in the right foot thickness in positive group (G2) compared with negative control group. And a significant decrease (P <0.05) in the right foot thickness treatment G3 and G4 and G5 as compared to the positive control G2.
• The results also Showed Histological section to present histological changes in the ankle joint cartilage of positive group G2 compared with a negative control .that characterized by a necrosis chondrocyte, atrophy , degeneration and decay of some chondrocyte ,when treated with a drug voltaren G3 the necrosis occurrence in some chondrocyte with shrink age chondrocyte nucleus and its location in one side in other as well as the decay occurrence in Collagen fibers, as noted when the hot aqueous extract treatment plant ginger (G4) having some chondrocytes closest were to normal with the presence of some necrotic cells and observed when treated with a drug voltaren and hot aqueous extract treatment plant ginger(G5) necrotic cell in some cells and normal cells.

Effect of Estradiol Hormone Injection in The productive performance of female Japanese Quail in various stages of production

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of estradiol injection in The productive performance of female Japanese Quail in various stages of production . The study was carried on for the period 3112014 until 3112015 for 2-13 weeks old by using 216 hens randomly distributed on six treatment each one has three replicates. The results showed that experience periods of hormone estradiol has improved significantly from body weight and the weight increase (p<0.05) had no significant effect hormone estradiol in feed consumption, with a significant improvement in feed conversion ratio (p<0.05) Estradiol showed significant superior weights in females at maturity (p<0.05), results showed significant improvement (p<0.05) in egg production Got high moral improvement (p <0.01) for adjective Cumulative egg production and egg weight, and significant improvement (p<0.05) In the egg mass and the coefficient of food conversion, of specific traits of eggs happened significantly improved Treatments of estradiol injection (p<0.05) represented by weight and shell thickness, Haugh unit and yolk index. it got a significant increase (p<0.05) in the concentrations of hormone, in the treatments of estradiol injection in comparison with the two control treatment

Map of the distribution of organic matter and some morphological characteristics of horizons for some soils in Babil province

Some of soils in Babylon province located between latitudes 33º130-32º1930 North, and longitions were chosen 43º390- 445230 eastward, they have been mapping the distribution of organic matter as on percentage for each horizon by GIS as well as the quantitative values were distributed for the morphological characteristics of the color structure and consistency for Ap ,C1,and C2 horizon of the organic matter distribution maps of those horizons, Results showed that the langest area which by organic matter has 12.90 g kg- with the area percentage of84.76%for theAP horizon, while the largest area which occupied by organic matter was between 12.90 -8.60 g kg-1 C1 horizon and the largest area that owpicd by the organic matter was 8.60 g kg-1 the area percentags of C2 for the horizes.

Study the effect of the toxin extracted from the E.coli bacteria in the pathogenesis and virulence of E.coli

A local isolation of E.coli bacteria used in these study, and The toxin (Hemolysin) were extracted from it after their culture in the Chemical Defined Media (CDM). Hemolysin extraction was done and partialy purification applied, by using ammonium sulfate. It was found that filtrate contained hemolytic activity at a level higher than that before purification and was the highest dilution gave the hemolytic activity on blood cells 1/32 (320 units / ml)before the partial purification, but after partial purification found that dilution (1/64 ) caused degradation of 50% of the blood cells compared to the standard curve of sodium chloride, LD50 of the mouse for the toxin was calculated and the effect of LD50 of the toxin on the value of LD50 of the bacteria E.coli (non hemolytic) isolated from the stool, The results of the research confirmed role of the toxin on the pathogenesis and virulence of E.coli bacteria through lowering LD50 of this bacteria when injected in the mice with LD50 of the toxin (1.56 micrograms / mL) from (3.16 × 107 cells / mL) to (2.3 × 106 cells / mL).
The injection of different concentrations of the toxin in mice effect on the viability of the mice where the concentration of the toxin that gave hemolytic activity (100, 90%) gave the percentage loss of 100%, while the concentration of the toxin that gave hemolytic activity 50% cause death of of 50% of the mice. Also injection of concentrations different from the toxin, the concentrations that gave hemolytic activity (100,90,70,50,25%), with the lethal dose of the E.coli bacteria is not producing toxin led to increase the proportion of the loss of the mice.

Root growth of some wheat cultivars under salnity and foliar fertilization effect of some wheat varieties

This study was carried out in Albargh district ( 30) km northern east Kerbala city during the winter season of 2013 – 2014 starting from Nov.,8th ,2013 till April,18th, 2014. The aim of the study was to improve the ability of wheat plant by the addition of Algidex as a foliar fertilizer to the irrigation with saline water and the effect of wheat cultivars and their interactions on the growth , of roots . Studied characteristics included , root,s length , volume and diameter and dry weight of roots ,. Factorial experiment within Completely Randomized Design (CRD ) was adopted. The 1st factor represented two types of irrigation water(i.e.river water and saline water) ,the 2nd factor represented three concentrations of Algidex ( i.e. 0, 0,5 and 1.0) g.l _1, and the 3rd factor represented five wheat cultivars( i.e. Iraq , IPA–95,Fateh , Sham 6 and Sali) with three replicates . The experiment was as pots experiment 7 kg soil capacity ,20 seeds were sown in each pot on Nov.8th , 2013 thinned to 7 seedlings 15 days later.Foliar application was carried out three times during the experiment period i.e. on Dec. 13th ,2013 , on Feb. 16th , 2014 and on March, 15 th, 2014. Data were statistically analyzed and means were compared using least significant difference (L .S.D) at 0.05 probability level .
Results could be summarized as follow :
Wheat cultivars had a significant effected on root characteristics where Fateh cultivar gave higher values of volume and diameter of roots . While Sham 6 cultivar gave higher root dry weight. The type of irrigation water significantly affected some traits where the river water gave highervalues of length , volume and diameter of roots and root dry weight . The type of irrigation water markedly affected roots characteristics where water treatment gave higher length , volume , diameter and dry weight of roots giving 37.000cm , 5.927cm3 , 1.412cm and 0.562 g respectively. Foliar fertilizer had significantly affected the root dry weight only ,where 0.5 g/l gav the highest value 0.561 comprade with the control treatment giving 0.511g . The interaction between cultivars and foliar fertilizer had a significantly effect on root's volume and root'sdry weight. The type of irrigation water and foliar fertilizer interaction had a significant effect on root's length ,root's volume and root's dry weight .The interaction between cultivars and water type significantly affected root's length ,root's volume,root's diameter and root's dry weight .The interaction between three studied factors had a significant effect on the root's length ,root's volume and root's dry weight.

The results showed a continuous change the specification of the projects for the planned in the tables of quantities, which has impacted the increase cost and delay time, and the results showed a correlation relationship with significance and the relationship of the impact between strategic planning and effective projects (specifications, time, cost).

In vitro efficiency of Biosurfactant extracted from Bifidobacterium spp in the phagocytosis process

A total of 45 samples were randomy collected from deferent imported and domestic dairy products source, 5 (11.11%) positive sample of Bifidobacterium spp were obtained from yoghurt product (Kaller seven dairy product) supplied from Islamic Republic of iran ,several methods were used in the diagnosis of bacterium Represented as microscopic and biochemical tests , in addition its compared with standard isolate.
Biosurfactant was extracted from Bifidobacterium spp bacteria and test its efficacy in efficiency phagocytosis in vitro has reached the percentage of phagocytosis 40.9% for the control group and 64.8% of the experimental group ,because of therapeutic importance of Bifidobacterium spp bacteria and the absence of a local study on the effectiveness of biosurfactant of these bacteria to test the efficiency of phagocytosis in our country this stady was came.

The Response of Matricaria Chamomilla L. for spraying by Gibberellic acid and the Hibiscus subdariffa extract on Some Vegetative and flowering growth Characters:

A field experiment was carried out at the experimental fields of Technical College / AL - Mussaib / AL - Furat – AL Awsat Technical University, during two winter seasons (2012 – 2013) and (2013 – 2014). That was to study the spraying effects of foliar application of three GA3 levels of GA3 at ( 0, 100 and 200 mg GA3. L.-1 ) and three levels of Hibiscus subdariffa extract (0, 5% and 10%), in randomized complete block design with three replications. In order to response detect for some vegetative and flowering characteristics on chamomile plant ( Matricaria Chamomilla L. ) Common cultirar, in order to determine the best level of growth regulators which increase efficency ability of plant production, and study plant morphological changes which result for physrological process, spraying accompanying, more over a trial to access to plant extract which give the same needed effects which hormone gibberellin marked caused in plant from using some active compounds found in some medical plants which act as growth encouraging factors or growth inhibition factors. Results showed that with GA3 and Hibiscus Subdariffa extract was significantly increase values of all parameters measured. However, Levels of 100 mg GA3 L-1 and 10 percentage Hibiscus subdariffa extract showed highest values of : plant height (64.26, 86.86)cm, number. Branches (36.66, 54.83) branches – plant -1 , fresh weight of plant (1534.73, 1889.79)g, dry weight of plant (644.73, 779.70)g, and content volatile oil percentage of flowers (1.51, 1.72)%, in both seasons respectively.

The present investigation comprises comparative anatomical study for 6 species belong to 6 genera (Ammochloa palastena Boiss. , Arrhenatherum kotschyi Boiss., Diagn. ser, Crypsis aculeata (L.) Ait. , Cynodon dactylon(L), Chrysopogon gryllus L. Trin, Oryza sativa Pl. L., Sp.) belong to 4 subfamilies: (Pooideae,Chloridoideae ,Panicoideae, Ehrhartoideae) from family Gramineae in Iraq, Anatomical study comprises investigation of epidermis and Transverse sections characters for stem, It showing the epidermis contain (long cells, short cells, stomata, microhairs, prickle) the quanitative and qualitative characters of these structures were found to have important role in identification and isolation at species and subfamilies level especially shapes and numbers of short cell and stomata, and shapes of microhairs, Transverse sections contained Parenchymatous, Sclerenchymatous and vascular bundles, the Sclerenchymatous mostly made girders connected between vascular bundles, the diameters, and shape of these tissue varied among different species level studied, outline shapes and states (Hollow or Solid) of sections, present or absent Kranz cell, have taxonamic important in isolation.
