Data Migration BetweenHeterogeneousDatabases

The great development in information and communication technologies and the emergence of distributed database system that allocated the data on different locations. However, there is a need to transfer data from the one database systems to another database system effectively. Actually, the database may different in the managements database system or the structure of fields' and the data type. Consequently, it is provided high availability of data and get rid of the complexities arising from the asymmetry in distributed databases environment.
In this work we have focused on building a software application using to provide an easy, efficient and very accurate for the transfer data between the databases whether it is symmetric or asymmetric. The application program is a set of procedures that perform the data transfer between distinct database whether that are differ in the database management system or the structure of tables besides field’s data types

Monitoring the Spatial Distribution of Pests Growth in Iraq Using Spatial Analysis and Degree Days Models

In this paper, we present a computerized system to monitor the growth of pests in Iraq by proposing a web based system integrating Google maps with mathematical models to generate simultaneous maps to enable agriculture scientists and farmers to have insight about the growth of pests in their regions. The inverse distance weighting technique used to estimate temperature data of each point locations in the surface. Single sine model is applied to estimate degree days due to its practicality in providing a better predictive capability. The results of the system viewed online on digital maps with a spatial resolution 200km*200km.

Evaluation the Accuracy for High and Low Resolution Satellite Images for AL Kut city Using GPS

Remotely sensing images show the features on the earth surface which are geometrically distorted due the main errors related to the satellite positioning on its orbit or scanning process. In this work, using Global Positioning System (GPS) for geometric correction of satellite imagery to establish the relation between the image coordinate system and the GPS readout coordinate system. Measurements are presented for two satellite images high resolution Quick Bird and low resolution Land sat. The two –dimensional accuracies are low for Land sat image such as x and y coordinates error 0.9951 m, and 1.2036 respectively and total error is1.5617 m, While for Quick Bird image the two –dimensional accuracies are high where the errors are 0.3374 m and 0.2115 m respectively, and the total error is 0.3982 m. In the present study shows the ability to give high accuracy of georeferenced coordinate system of the Quick Bird image, while the Landsat image produces low accuracy.

Information protection data can be in difference types like data encryption, Protect the building from theft or her direct intervention, shielding equipment and the building of data leakage .Shielding properties of the absorbers with different form of surface such as a regular alternation of rectangular elements and a hemispherical shape have been investigated. Increasing values of electromagnetic radiation EMR attenuation from -5.0 to -30.0 dB with increasing of frequency has been established. Reflection coefficient for the samples of developed constructions from –4 to –15 dB has been obtained. It is shown that the formation of ordered heterogeneities of different shapes can enhance the effectiveness of the shielding parameters for the attenuation and reflection in the microwave

Automated System To Summarize Texts In Arabic Using Intelligence Techniques

The proposed system was adopted extraction method in summarizing the Arabic text using natural language processing by stripping the text of the Arabic stop words and some precedents and suffixes, as well as through statistical operations of words within the text, and thus get a sentences most important in the text for a summary. Have been adopted more than one method to offer this proposed system where the use two algorithms of the steaming algorithms are Lovins steamer algorithm from cutting methods because it is based on the removal of the longest suffix and this is what was adopted by (storage Luxor word), also used n- grams algorithm of statistical methods in terms of their dependence on the similarity between the words down to the root account and repeat the words in the text to get the summary.The essence of the proposed system is to find the best parameter values of all the features used in all ratios used to summarize.

Rough set based feature selection using modified rough membership function

feature selection (FS) is one of the important steps in the knowledge discovery, which aims to reduce the dimensionality of data. In this paper, a feature selection algorithm is proposed. The proposed algorithm use the rough membership function, which is modified in order to be suitable for measuring the effectiveness of each attribute value, and then using it for measuring the effectiveness of each attribute through a new formula called a modified attribute membership (MAM). The experiments shows that the proposed algorithm provides an effective tool for selecting feature and reducing the dimensionality of data.

Informally, a permutation of the elements is rearrangement of those elements into a specific order. In mathematics, the notion of the permutation is used with a little different meaning, all related to the act of rearranging in an ordered fashion of those elements or values. Many operations can be performed on the elements of the permutation such as composition which is used to combine two permutations to produce a third one. In this paper software package is implemented to generate all possible of the permutations on a set of n elements, where the number of these possible permutations are the factorial of n. Then composition on the permuted set is conducted. As well as deducting some properties of the composition such as inverse of each element and power the element that can be used to produce the identity element. Where power element is the element has been multiplied by itself m times, where m is the power. Java language (NetBeans IDE 7.2) is used to implement this package.

Improving The Accuracy Of KNN Classifier For Heart Attack Using Genetic Algorithm

The automatic diagnosis of the diseases using the computer is a fertile field for many researchers who are trying to design systems that help to reduce the mistakes made by inexperienced doctors or because of the influence of the pressures of life .This search deals with the use of (KNN) to diagnose the heart attack and then propose to improve the performance of KNN by using the genetic algorithm to control the basic joints of this method through determining the value of K, database segmentation, in addition to the reducing of the features. The proposed system has succeeded in increasing the accuracy of diagnosis from 75% to 100 %.

Multimedia Data Hiding: Three-in-One

Data hiding considers a class of process utilized to embed data into various forms of media, such as image, audio, or text. The suggested data (text, audio, binary image) in image steganography system is a new technique used to embed data into color image. Instead of using the least-significant-bit-plane (LSB 1) of the cover for embedding the data, third-least-significant-bit-plane (LSB 3) has been utilized in order to increase the robustness. First and second-least-significant-bit-plane (LSB 1 and LSB 2) can be changed according to bits of the data, to reduce the difference between the cover and the stego-cover. Then, for more protection to the data characters, a stego-key has been constructed to permute the data characters before embedding it. Experimental results of the modified technique proves that Peak-Signal-to-Noise-Ratio (PSNR) is greater than the traditional approach of LSBs substitution. Thus, the proposed system introduces good results and it is suitable for several cases of life.

A hybrid Genetic K-Means Algorithm forFeatures Selection to Classify Medical Datasets

Relevant features selection is become primary preprocessing step for building almost intelligence machine learning systems. Feature Selection (FS) is more and more important in many applications such as patterns recognition, medical technologies, data mining environments and others. The main objective of FS is to choice the important features among multi set in order to building effective machine learning models such as pattern analysis model by cancelling irrelevant or redundant attributes. An addition to that, there is a fact that the efficiency of the desired system is very sensitive to choose of the features that effect on classification or any analysis procedure of small or high dimensional datasets. Furthermore, the analysis of medical datasets has become growing claiming problem, due to huge datasets that cause time consuming and uses additional computational effort, which may not be suitable for many applications.
This work attempts to introduce a hybrid genetic k-means of feature selection algorithm for multi medical diseases datasets. The proposed algorithm uses a genetic algorithm combine with k-means algorithm as a powerful tool to select the relevant features from different large medical datasets of Mirjan hospital diabetes, heart and breast cancer diseases which play the important role in maximum the classification accuracy and efficiency of the system. Experimental results show the efficiency of the proposed system for the used datasets and satisfy maximum classification accuracy performance compared with others states

Role of Materialized View Maintenance with On-line analytical Processing

The OLAP operation are very useful for application and query different dataset ,the operators aggregate data from variant levels which can be efficiently used for data presentation in data warehouse environment. Materialized view another important issues fore DW and OLAP operates, materialized views are found useful for fast query processing. The process of updating materialized view in response to change is a great challenge in data warehousing. Maintenance of materialized views efficiently with OLAP operators is also a challenge today in the field of RDBMS as well as data warehouse. In this paper, we discuss capabilities of OLAP operator, materialized view maintenance; achieve the principle of consistency MV with DW, view maintenance action with OLAP operators. The proposed system is implemented using Microsoft visual studio C#.NET2010programming language with embedded SQL server management studio 2008 R2, and all test results are found as close as they were expected. The results proved the correctness of system design and its reasonable considerations and choices.

Gender Classification Using Scaled Conjugate Gradient Back Propagation

In this paper, we design an automated system that classifies gender by utilizing a set of human gait data. The gender classification system consists of four stages: in this method, firstly binary silhouette of a walking person is detected from each frame by using Eigen background method. Secondly, gait cycle is detected by using aspect ratio method. Thirdly, features from each frame in gait cycle are extracted by using: model free method. Finally, neural network are used for training and testing purposes. The experimental results on CASIA B database (12 males, 12 females) show that the proposed approach achieves a high accuracy in automatic gender classification. Project is designed by Matlab.

Design and Fabrication of Band Pass Filter (BPF) Based on Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) Technology for Communication Applications

In this paper a new filter is constructed by embedding two semi-circular slots have been in the SIW structure for use in X-band applications. The insertion of these slots has successfully led to the compact size and the wide bandwidth. The cavity dimensions are 9.94×13.09 mm2 while the overall filter dimensions are 26.6×14 mm2 using a substrate with relative permittivity of 2.2 and thickness of 0.245 mm. The resulting structure exhibits a return loss less than -15 dB and insertion loss approaching to -0.26 dB over the passband, while a fractional bandwidth of about 68.4% centered at 11.7 GHz. An acceptable agreement between the experimental and simulation results. The compact size offered by this filter makes it a suitable for use in designing microwave circuits. The simulation and performance evaluation of the proposed filter have been carried out using Microwave Studio Suite of Computer Simulation Technology (CST).
