Abstract

The research took two variables form a intellectual framework and his two (Functional engagement and Employee performance appraisal system effectiveness Analytical The researcher examined the need of the Directorate to devise the methods that employ the dimensions of engagement in the investigated organization in order to develop methods and levels of work to evaluate the performance of the workers. The research started from the problem of crossing A number of questions, which is the question of the recognition of the staff in the Directorate of the field of research for the importance of engagement and the effectiveness of the system of performance appraisal ?. Is there a relationship between engagement and effectiveness of PAS at the macro and sub-level? The study was conducted on a sample of 200 people represented in the lower and operational levels of the General Directorate for the cultivation of the holy governorate of Karbala using the questionnaire as the main research tool. Statistical tools were used in the analysis and processing of data and information by adopting the statistical program SPSS.V. 14). The research was based on research methodology and post-analysis, and the research reached a set of conclusions, including proving its hypotheses. The research came out with a set of recommendations, including material and moral support by the administration to increase the desire of the workers to meet all their job requirements.تناول البحث متغيرين لتشكيل الإطار الفكري له وهما ( الاستغراق الوظيفي وفاعلية نظام تقييم اداء العاملين) ،إذ لمس الباحث حاجة المديرية الى استنباط الطرائق التي توظف ابعاد الاستغراق الوظيفي في المنظمة المبحوثة من اجل تطور اساليب ومستويات عمل تقييم اداء العاملين ,اذ انطلق البحث من مشكلة معبر عنها بعدد من التساؤلات والتي تتمثل بالاستفهام عن إدراك العاملون في المديرية مجال البحث لأهمية الاستغراق الوظيفي وفاعلية نظام تقييم الاداء؟. وهل توجد علاقة ارتباط بين الاستغراق الوظيفي وفاعلية نظام تقييم الاداءعلى المستوى الكلي والفرعي ؟ وقد أجري البحث على عينة بلغ قوامها (200) شخصاً متمثلة بالعاملين في المستويات الدنيا والتشغيلية في المديرية العامة لتربية محافظة كربلاء المقدسة وذلك باستعمال الاستبانة بوصفها الأداة الرئيسة للبحث ، واستعملت أدوات إحصائية لامعلمية في تحليل البيانات والمعلومات ومعالجتها ، وذلك باعتماد البرنامج الإحصائي الجاهزSPSS.V. 14)) ، واعتمد البحث منهج البحث القائم والتحليل البعدي ،وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها إثبات فرضياته ، وخرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات منها الدعم المادي والمعنوي من قبل الادارة لزيادة الرغبة لدى العاملين في تلبية جميع متطلبات وظائفهم .
