Abstract

The research took two variables form a intellectual framework and his two (Organizational Silence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior ), The research was launched from a problem expressed in a number of questions as follows: Are you aware of the workers in the field of research Directorate dimensions of Organizational Silence and dimensions of Organizational Citizenship Behavior?. Do senior management in the Directorate prefer dealing with silent individuals? Is there a correlation between organizational silence (at the macro and sub-level) and organizational citizenship behavior? Is there an impact relationship of organizational silence (at the macro and sub-level) in the behavior of organizational citizenship? Is there a relationship to the impact of organizational silence (at the macro and sub-level) in the behavior of organizational citizenship? The research aims to find out how to recognize the sample variables research and detection of link and effect relationships between the dimensions of Organizational Silence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the Directorate of research, Find the sample was conducted was (185) people were represented by workers in the Directorate General of education holy city of Karbala, using the questionnaire as a major tool for research ,and use statistical tools No parametric data and information and processing analysis, by adopting Ready statistical program(SPSS.V.14), and it adopted (Curriculum - Based Research & Meta- Analysis), and the search to find a set of conclusions which prove hypotheses, and search out a set of recommendations. تناول البحث متغيرين لتشكيل الإطار الفكري له وهما ( الصمت التنظيمي وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية) ، وقد انطلق البحث من مشكلة معبر عنها بعدد من التساؤلات والتي تتمثل بالاستفهام عن إدراك العاملون في المديرية مجال البحث مفهوم الصمت التنظيمي وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية ؟. وهل تفضل الإدارة العليا في المديرية التعامل مع الأفراد الصامتين؟ و هل توجد علاقة ارتباط بين الصمت التنظيمي ( على المستوى الكلي والفرعي ) وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية ؟ و هل توجد علاقة تأثير للصمت التنظيمي ( على المستوى الكلي والفرعي ) في سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية ؟ ويهدف البحث لمعرفة مدى إدراك العينة لمتغيري البحث و الكشف عن علاقات الارتباط والتأثير بين الصمت التنظيمي بأبعاده وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية في المديرية ، وقد أجري البحث على عينة بلغ قوامها (185) شخصاً متمثلة بالأفراد العاملين في المديرية العامة لتربية محافظة كربلاء المقدسة ، وذلك باستعمال الاستبانة بوصفها الأداة الرئيسة للبحث ، واستعملت أدوات إحصائية لامعلمية في تحليل البيانات والمعلومات ومعالجتها ، وذلك باعتماد البرنامج الإحصائي الجاهزSPSS.V. 14)) ، واعتمد البحث منهج البحث القائم والتحليل البعدي ، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها إثبات فرضياته ، وخرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات.
