Kerbala University journal of kerbala university 1813-0410 10 0 2014 01 01 Effects of Uropygialectomy (Iraqi method ) With Addition of Ginger Powder and Compatibility between them on Some Hematological Traits in Layers دراسة تأثير استئصال الغدة الزمكية (الطريقة العراقية) وإضافة مسحوق الزنجبيل والتوافق بينهما في بعض الصفات الدمية للدجاج البياض 299 306 91807 EN Journal Article 2014 06 01 The current study aimed to investigate the effect of uropygialectomy with addition of ginger powder and compatibility with them on some hematological traits in Layers (Meso). A total number of 104 layers, 42 weeks age were randomly distributed into 4 treatments, two replicates for each treatment, each replicate contained 13 layers, blood samples were collected from layers during the 50th week of age to evaluate some blood traits. Results indicated no significant differences in PCV as well as Hb between the treatments, meanwhile there was a highly significant differences (P<0.01) in total protein in the two Uropygialectomy treatments as compared with the control as well as the ginger treatment, the result also indicated that the Uropygialectomy and the addition of Ginger treatment with the compatibility between them lead to a highly significant reduction (P<0.01) in glucose, cholesterol, and LDL as compared with the control treatment, results also showed a significant reduction (P<0.05) in triglycerides in the two treatments of ginger powder as compared with control treatment as well as the Uropygialectomy treatments with a significant increase (P<0.05) in the HDL for the three treatments as compared with the control treatment استهدفت التجربة دراسة تأثير إزالة الغدة الزمكية وإضافة مسحوق الزنجبيل والتوافق بينهما في بعض الصفات الدمية للدجاج البياض نوع ميزو العراقية، استخدم في التجربة 104 دجاجة بياضه بعمر 42 أسبوع وزعت عشوائياً في اكنان أرضية على 4 معاملات مكررين لكل معاملة، يضم المكرر الواحد 13 أنثى. جمعت عينات الدم من الدجاج عند الأسبوع 50 من العمر وذلك لغرض تقدير بعض الصفات الفسلجية للدم. أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق معنوية في نسبة حجم خلايا الدم المرصوصة (PCV) وتركيز الهيموكلوبين Hb) ) بين المعاملات الأربعة في حين أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع عالي المعنوية (P<0.01) في تركيز البروتين الكلي لصالح معاملتي أزلة الغدة الزمكية مقارنة مع معاملة السيطرة ومعاملة إضافة مسحوق الزنجبيل وتشير النتائج إلى إن عملية أزلة الغدة الزمكية وإضافة مسحوق الزنجبيل والتوافق بينهما أدى إلى حدوث انخفاض عالي المعنوية (P<0.01) في تركيز الكلوكوز والكولسترول الكلي والبروتين الشحمي الواطئ الكثافة (LDL) مقارنة مع معاملة السيطرة، في حين أظهرت النتائج انخفاض معنوي (P<0.05) في تركيز الكليسيريدات الثلاثية لصالح معاملتي إضافة مسحوق الزنجبيل مقارنة مع معاملة السيطرة ومعاملة أزلة الغدة الزمكية مع ارتفاع معنوي (P<0.05) في تركيز البروتين الشحمي العالي الكثافة (HDL) لصالح المعاملات الثلاثة مقارنة مع معاملة السيطرة. https://kj.uokerbala.edu.iq/article_91807_0813b4487e0c94e20d09477f389bb38c.pdf
