Kerbala University journal of kerbala university 1813-0410 9 4 2013 12 01 دراسة التعدد المظهري لجين Angiotensin Converting enzyme (ACE) gene Polymorphism مع متلازمة تكيس المبيض المتعددPolycystic ovary Syndrome (PCOS) 134 140 88027 EN Journal Article 2014 03 01 The Present study was determined Correlation between polymorphism of Angiotensin converting enzyme gene (ACE) and Pathological the PCOS, A significant difference (P≤ 0.001) in percentages for the three alleles frequency (II, ID , DD) and between allele D and I between the two groups, that percentages Reached 20 % , 73.85 % , 6.15 % Compared to 17 % , 78% , 5% Respectively and also found A significant difference between frequency of allele (D) and allele (I) that percentage of Reached 56.92 % , 56 % to frequency allele (D) , As percentage frequency to allele (I) Reached 43.08 % , 44% Respectively, A same significant difference found in the frequency of alleles within each group (PCOS and control); in addition the DI allele increased significantly in both groups; and .with decreased II frequency in two groups compare with frequency others Alleles . أجريت هذه الدراسة لبيان مدى ارتباط التعدد المظهري لجينAngiotensin converting enzyme gene (ACE) والإصابة بمتلازمة تكيس المبيض المتعدد (PCOS) ، لوحظ وجود فروق معنوية (P≤ 0.001) بين النسب المئوية لتكرار الاليلات الثلاث (II, ID , DD) والنسب المئوية لكل من التكرار الكلي للاليل I و D بين مجموعة النساء المصابات بال (PCOS) ومجموعة نـساء السيطرة حيث بلغت النـسب 6.15% , 73.85 % , 20 % مقابل % 5 % , 78% , 17 على الترتيب ، كذلك وجدت الفروق المعنوية بين تكرار الاليل (D) والاليل (I) بين المجموعتين حيث بلغت نسبة تكرار الاليل D 56.92 % و 56 % أما الاليل I فبلغت 43.08 % و 44% على الترتيب ، وجدت كذلك نفس الفروق المعنوية بين نسب تكرار الاليلات الثلاث داخل المجموعة الواحدة سواء كانت نساء لـPCOS أو نساء السيطرة مع انخفاض تكرار الاليل II في كل من مجموعة النساء المصابات بالــPCOS والنساء السليمات مقارنةً مع تكرار الاليلات الأخرى . https://kj.uokerbala.edu.iq/article_88027_396354a014b804e9fae7befbfc722bc6.pdf
