Kerbala University journal of kerbala university 1813-0410 4 1 2008 01 01 مقاومة مرض تعفن بذور وموت بادرات الحنطة المتسبب عن الفطر Rhizoctonia solani باستخدام بعض الطــــرائق الإحيائيـــــــة 110 120 50884 EN Journal Article 2008 09 01 The study was carried out to test the antagonistic effect of the biological fungus , Trichoderma harzianum , isolate against the pathogenic fungus Rhizoctonia solani and to find out an effective , feasible and inexpensive fermentation medium For growing the biological fungus . Aqueous extract of Oleander plant , Nerium oleander L. Leaves was also tested to determine its effect on both of the biological and pathogenic fungi as well as its efficacy for controlling the diseases.The laboratory experiments showed very effective antagonism effect of the biological fungus isolate against the pathogenic fungus since the antagonism degree was 1.2 according to the pent scale measure. The antagonism effect of the aqueous extract of oleander leaves reached 89 & 100 % against the pathogenic fungus at 66 & 75 % concentrations, respectively whereas its effect on the biological fungus reached 52 & 100 % at these concentrations, respectively. The powder of wheat hay proved extract and ensure 100% of antagonism effectiveness against the pathogenic fungus . The field experiments proved that both of the bio- formula of the biological fungus and Oleander leave extract were very effective to protect the wheat crop against the seed rot and seedling damping – off diseases caused by the pathogenic fungus Rhizoctonia solani . أظهرت نتائج التجارب المختبرية القدرة التضادية العالية لعزلة الفطر الاحيائي ضد الفطر الممرض حيث بلغت درجة التضاد 1.2 حسب مقياس السلم الخماسي كذلك اظهر المستخلص المائي لأوراق نبات الدفلة كفاءة تثبيطية ضد الفطر الممرض بلغت 89 و 100 %عند التراكيز 66 و 75% على التوالي في حين كان تأثيرها على الفطر الاحيائي 52 و100 % عند نفس التراكيز واثبت الوسط مسحوق مخلفات الحنطة ( التبن ) كفاءة في تنمية وإكثار عزلة الفطر الاحيائي وحقق كفاءة تثبيطية ضد الفطر الممرض بلغت 100 % . أظهرت نتائج التجربة الميدانية كفاءة المستحضر الحيوي للفطر الاحيائي والمستخلص المائي لأوراق نبات الدفلة في توفير حماية لنبات الحنطة من الإصابة بمرض تعفن البذور وموت البادرات المتسبب عن الفطر الممرض Rhizoctonia solani https://kj.uokerbala.edu.iq/article_50884_9bf1370b022f70e3592969902902d7c7.pdf
