Find out as a number of recommendations including:  the need to initiate the computerization of business library, whether on the level of organization and technical preparation or at the level of the delivery of materials to the beneficiaries via the Internet, where he currently can library Under weakness allocated to support this aspect of financial amounts can initiate workers to invest what is their internet connection with a computer to take advantage Some of the services (web2) as a blogs and social networking sites for the purpose of communicating with the beneficiaries of library services يهدف البحث الى دراسة تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في مكتبة الدراسات العليا في كلية الادارة والاقتصاد بجامعة كربلاء، تكون مجتمع البحث من الاساتذة، وطلبة الدراسات العليا، حيث تم اعتماد عينة قصدية قوامها (106) ، تم اختيارها بناء على الاستعمال الفعلي لخدمات المكتبة، اعتمدت الاستبانة كاداة لجمع بيانات البحث تم اعدادها بناء على معايير لجنة (ACRL) التابعة لجمعية المكتبات الامريكية (ALA)، وتكونت الاستبانة من (74) فقرة وزعت ضمن خمسة محاور ، كما اعتمد كلا من مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، والوزن المئوي ، والوسط الحسابي كاساليب احصائية ، وقد توصل البحث لعدد من النتائج منها :اقتصار خدمات المعلومات التكنولوجية المقدمة للمستفيدين على تقديم خدمات المكتبة الالكترونية ، التي تتالف من قواعد بيانات على الاقراص ، فضلا عن الاقراص التي تشتمل على الكتب والرسائل الجامعية ، مع ملاحظة عدم وجود عمليات حوسبة لاعمال المكتبة ككل، وعدم وجود امكانية للاتصال بخدمات المكتبة وان كانت في نطاق ضيق عبر شبكة الانترنت. كما خرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات منها :ضرورة الشروع بحوسبة اعمال المكتبة سواء على مستوى التنظيم و الاعداد الفني او على مستوى ايصال المواد للمستفيدين عبر شبكة الانترنت ، حيث يمكن للمكتبة حاليا وفي ظل ضعف المبالغ المالية المخصصة لدعم هذا الجانب يمكن ان يشرع العاملون باستثمار ما متواجد لديهم من خط انترنت مع حاسوب للاستفادة من بعض خدمات ال(web2) كاالمدونات ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لغرض التواصل مع المستفيدين من خدمات المكتبة. https://kj.uokerbala.edu.iq/article_103814_7e90c0735c24ecddfbd85b574e3bc34c.pdf
