Criminal Preservation Environment From Pollution

For a long time, environment has not received the required care and protection legislatively. Especially after the scientific, industrial and economic progress, a lot of natural elements of the environmental have been lost and then become a source of epidemics and diseases. As a result, international conventions and national environmental laws prompt to intervene to curb the aggression on various elements and protect the environment from pollution for the survival of life.
Hence, each state try to pass laws to protect the environment and the fight against the perpetrators of environmental crimes and with the strengthening of this legislation as a result of criminal force people to be respected. The goal of those penalties is to bring the public and private deterrence which is represented by removing the effects of environmental violations.
The present study is divided into four sections. The First Section deals with the concept of the environment and its relationship to pollution. The Second one is devoted to present the legislative basis for the statement to protect the environment from pollution. The Third Section centers on analyzing the provisions of environmental crime through a statement concept and corners and penalties prescribed to her, but the fourth section we dealt with the provisions of criminal responsibility through explaining their notions, stages and penalties required. The study ends up with a number of conclusions and recommendations.
